3. Image Data

Images you submit for processing are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis. We do not permanently store your original images on our servers beyond the time required to process your request. Generated alt text and metadata are retained in your account history and may be deleted by you at any time from your dashboard.

We do not use your images to train AI models.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), Sentry (error monitoring), Google Analytics (analytics)
• Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Service functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Job history is retained for up to 12 months and may be deleted from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, hashed API keys, and role-based access control. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
