Each standard image processed counts as 1 credit. Advanced formats (AVIF, HEIC, TIFF) cost 2 credits. Each additional language translation costs 1 extra credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits roll over to the next month, up to your plan's rollover limit (e.g., 1,000 for Tier 1, 6,000 for Tier 2, 30,000 for Tier 3).
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can enable overage billing to continue processing at a per-image rate ($0.02–$0.03 depending on tier). Otherwise, processing pauses until your monthly reset.
